Hi, my name is Kristina Lanford, LICSW, a licensed independent clinical social worker in Mobile, Alabama.  

I have a diverse work history and a unique and Christian perspective on counseling.  During the last 25+ years, I have worked as an adventure therapist, home health social worker, social injustice advocate for women, and family counselor. Therapy consists of listening to a client’s circumstances, looking for patterns needing change, and designing activity-based goals to achieve a healthier life.  

My family and my faith have always grounded me in my education and work goals.  My husband and I have been married for 25+ years and we have 4 active children who continually challenge us as parents.
